Application Checklist
Follow this list to keep yourself on task and to receive a timely admissions decision:
- Complete the application online.
- Print out the application signature page, sign and mail to Gonzaga (address below)

Mail a check for $50 (application fee) made out to Gonzaga University and mail to:

- Mail a copy of your resume to Gonzaga (address above)
- Order two (2) official transcripts to be sent to Gonzaga (address above) from all the schools that contributed credits towards your bachelor's degree and graduate work if applicable.
- Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov to begin the Financial Aid process if you are intending to use this form of payment
- Go to www.gibill.va.gov to apply for military benefits if qualified.
- Contact two (2) professionals who will each provide a letter of reference on your behalf. (The template is accessible when completing the application) Have them give the letters to you directly. Mail or Fax to Gonzaga University,
1-866- 789-5604 - Send a one page Personal Statement or Letter of Intent to Gonzaga University (address above).
- Prepare to take the MAT (Miller Analogies Test) if you haven't taken a graduate entrance exam in the last 5 years or completed a Masters degree. Go to www.milleranalogies.com or call 1-800-622-323.
