The central objective of this online Organizational Leadership program is to provide an advanced degree which synthesizes knowledge from diverse fields into a focused yet flexible plan of study that is useful to leadership in all forms of social organization. The online degree program is designed for the student whose professional goal is a generalist leadership position in corporate, government, not-for-profit, or community organizations.

The answer is Organizational Leadership. Without good leadership, an organization may be able to operate efficiently. But only good leadership can propel it towards continued progress and long-term success.

Gonzaga offers a MA in Organizational Leadership to meet the needs of this growing field.

The Online Master's in Organizational Leadership is intended to meet the needs and schedules of working adults. The online program consists of 36 semester credits and is offered online with one weekend intensive.
